三點水料理早前首度推出懷舊點心「足料臘味芋絲餅」，兩批芋絲餅火速售罄。2024農曆新年，我們精選新鮮靚荔芋，決定再度推出芋絲餅，讓大家能與親朋好友共享這份來自土地的純粹鮮美。


加倍芋頭　鮮香十足
芋絲餅是傳統舊式酒樓的懷舊點心。芋絲餅材料八成為芋頭，較傳純芋頭糕採用更多芋頭。煎香後外皮酥脆，內餡軟糯，口感綿細不膩。啖啖芋頭綿滑酥軟，讓人回味無窮！ 

芋頭被視為「澱粉中的蔬菜」，富豐膳食纖維助於降低膽固醇與穩定血糖。而從中醫認為，芋頭有開胃生津、消炎鎮痛、補益脾腎之用。三點水人師傅親手把芋頭刨皮後，逐一刨條細切，再按芋頭水份調節最佳的粉漿比例。


盲測10種本地臘味　精選老字號優質出品　
三點水搜羅最純正的食材，製作真正無添加、無味精的芋絲餅。為此，我們曾盲測10款本地臘味，最後挑出一所三代在港設自家工場的臘味老字號，真正百分百香港製造。優質臘味甘香豐腴，配以本地鮮磨五香粉和芹菜，襯托出芋頭芬香，讓芋絲的口感與風味更上一層樓。
