脆皮炸大腸煙韌,夾雜油香,皮脆肉嫩,香濃鮮美,實是客家菜獨有美食.

氣炸鍋專用: 拆開包裝, 將急凍豬大炸直接放落氣炸鍋, 200度氣炸約9-12分鐘, 取出, 連同附送醬汁(醬汁在大腸底層), 一併享用.
