紅酒燉牛肉,是一道法國料理。使用紅酒、洋蔥、蒜頭、香草和鹽去燉煮牛肉,也經常使用蘑菇、紅蘿蔔、西芹等食材做為配料。


牛面肉故名思義即是牛面珠登,每隻牛只有左右一對,故市面不容易買到。

牛面肉特點 :​由於牛的面部肌肉運動量大,故脂肪含量非常低,
不會像其他部分般肥膩​雖然肌肉比相對較高,但肉質卻非常腍,
口感非普通牛肉可比​牛味重但不會有牛騷味,其中一面以及中層都有筋膜,
含豐富骨膠原,經過炆煮後有黏黏的口感,非常過癮!
