櫸樹蜜露
蜜露不同於其他蜂蜜，因為它不是來自植物的花蜜。山毛櫸森林蜜露來自新西蘭獨特的山毛櫸森林，位於南阿爾卑斯山脈沿線。一種生活在樹皮下的小型昆蟲使蜜露從樹的外面流下來，然後被蜜蜂收集並變成蜜露蜂蜜。

卡瑪希蜂蜜

主要分布於紐西蘭南阿爾卑斯山脈及南島西海岸位於沿海的雨林，採收自紐西蘭相當普遍的原生樹種–kamahi tree卡瑪希樹，其風味相當獨特，帶有似奶油果香般的輕柔風味與滑順質地，能促進食慾、補給營養、微量元素。
