「本土養殖」位於榕樹凹海魚養殖區。「本土養殖」為現今香港養殖業的新派漁場。優化傳統海魚養殖技術和工具，並糅合世界各地的養殖技巧，度身訂造出更適合香港水域及氣候的養殖方法。

「本土養殖」堅持以「可持續」養殖方法販魚，拒絕添加任何化學物。


每天以天然中藥、益生菌、複合營養、果醋、洋蔥蒜頭及水克非爾浸泡於飼料中餵飼，確保營養複式齊全，保持魚類健康及增強抵抗力。


以超低溫速凍技術及真空吸索包裝，能有效殺減細菌、寄生蟲及蟲卵，讓普羅大眾食得安心。

所販售的魚產品經已預先處理及去除內臟、魚鱗，使用消毒海水清洗乾淨。務求方便顧客。只需連包裝袋解凍，打開袋後即可直接烹煮，無需加以清洗，省時快捷。
