Description

Phillips 是美國有名的海鮮餐廳，基於60年前 Shirley Phillips 開發的餐廳食譜，使用真蟹肉製成蟹肉餅，淡淡的芥末味和檸檬味帶出真正馬里蘭風味。

原材料來自東南亞熱帶海洋的藍泳蟹，手工挑選最好的蟹肉，經高溫蒸氣烹煮殺菌，再經紫外線照射，零碎殼率達99.9%，所有生產均超過HKCCP及PDA準則和標準，質量絕對有保障。
翻熱指引：
使用平底鑊翻熱
1. 將蟹肉餅解凍
2. 開中火在平底鑊加入兩湯匙油
3. 將已解凍蟹肉餅放入平底鑊煎3分鐘
4. 將蟹肉餅翻轉再煎2至3分鐘，或至金黃色
5. 瀝乾多餘嘅油份即可上碟

使用焗爐翻熱
1. 預熱焗爐至220度
2. 將未解凍嘅蟹肉餅放於已搽少許牛油的焗爐專用紙上
3. 用焗爐焗12分鐘，然後翻轉蟹肉餅焗多3~4分鐘，直至蟹肉餅金黃色
